MYOJ ORIGINATED IN THE MID 90'S AND QUICKLY GAINED A CULT STATUS IN THE ALTERNATIVE SCENE IN EUROPE.
With the release of their debut album "Lowveld", mYoj found themselves touring Europe, and obtaining good critical acclaim from European media.
Between "Lowveld" (95) and mYoj's next release - "Wanderlust" (98) - the band focused on a new album "One Life Ain't Enough" (99), which lead band leader Carlos Santos to believe the band had exceeded their creative peak, thus, Carlos Santos walked out of the tour - due at the end of 99, and, found himself living anonymously in France, Guernsey, and later Ireland.
In 2003 mYoj release "A Cure 4 A Contemporary Dis-e's" and mYoj returned with a renewed force and soul, however the best was to come, and now the band have begun recording a new album, which can very well see mYoj on prime time.
